Trail Walk

Good thing the weather was beautiful the day after the last day of school.  We enjoyed our first hike of the summer! 

Officially Summer!

While they expressed their excitement for their last day of school, I am still trying to figure out what exactly I was feeling.  We are definitely ready for Summer time! But let me add that this was in fact the very last day we will be at this school. We will start a brand new chapter this fall!

However this school we are leaving means so much to us, its been good in many ways! Although its been the hardest decision of all time, I'm praying for the very best! These two are looking forward to whats next & that's all that matters.  I feel lucky because of that.

Elisa your favorite pastime at this school has been playing tether ball. You are so good at it, & I  love when you share your recess stories about it!   

The BOOKS

Today was a good day.  

I am so glad I joined my friend this afternoon! she inspires me daily, she is Vanessa! 

Together, we met at our local Library. Considering how the kids love this place, exploring different books, & how I've been wanting to take photos of them surrounded by books for a while now, today was that exact day! I learned so much, thank you Vanessa!. It was one awesome experience.

Our library does not offer much light, & our images are not bright for that reason, but I love what we got & learned from it!

Low Light

While I wish I truly had all the time in the world to study about photography, the more I read about it, the more I want to learn and of course the harder it seems!  It sure ain't easy, but I am not giving up just yet!

Special Guests

This weekend we've been pretty busy having movie nights and indoor fun with our friends, who are actually more like family!  They came by to visit for a few days :)

Thank you my friend Vanessa, for following me and for being such a great friend who inspires me! Can't wait to see what photography mommy life has in store for us. :)

Too Cool

Being yourself is by far the best thing you can ever do in life!! For some cool reason you borrowed Jayden's giraff mask while you baked with dad! Perhaps you only tried going undercover! Love you Big Guy! It was a great night.

& While I'm still trying to figure out my indoor lighting settings, unfortunately the images are horrible but it was all I could do to capture such great moments in one night.

Mission Completed!!

Someone was so excited to take the all finished mission to school. A project that really kind of turns out to be ours..right (parents)? lol, but regardless we tried and got you involved, & it happened! Good job princess!

My Wish

oh sometimes I wish I can take some of this workload off your back.  But then I remember that we all went through it and nothing is ever easy.  I still can't believe you're almost done through middle school.  Thank you for always giving it your all !!

Healthy as can be!

I thank God every single day for giving me all of you, but most of all for allowing me and every one of you to wake up healthy as can be! So grateful for that and much more! 

Today was one of those Dr. check up days!  Despite of how long we waited, I was so busy trying to figure out my lighting settings.  I can't wait to learn white balance and indoor lighting.  I'm struggling for it, but I hope I understand it soon because I'm crazy over indoor phtography!!  

Therefor, these are not so great, but I couldn't let a moment pass me by.
